About Me

Zair Urbano - Santos is an editorial portrait photographer based in the Pacific Northwest (Hillsboro, OR). Born in Puebla, Mexico and immigrated to the Portland metro area. He never knew where he belonged but has managed to find a community he feels apart of. Starting up “@PORTMEET.OR” with a couple of his friends he has given others that same chance to be apart of something.

Craving to create anything after a two year hiatus from painting he found himself picking up the camera. Knowing the basics of photography he was able to focus on finding his own style in the early stages of his photography journey. He now focuses on creating content that is more than just a “good photo”, he wants to create pieces that convey emotion and tell a story.
